I have just set this up and was initially very happy with it - the staff super helpful and the interface great. It was only when I realised that you could only use the credits on the first box office you set up if you are on an Appsumo deal - they are not transferrable as they are for other users - that I realised this was not going to work. This means that if you use this app for multiple clients you have to change the original box office and the associated payment gateway everytime or you only get 3 credits and pay 50p per ticket you sell plus the payment gateway fee. I asked why this was not the same for us and they said it was restricted for Appsumo members and they couldn't do anything about it - that was the deal. I checked the deal and it said nothing about only one box office. Having already set up the box office for my clients event and sold two tickets it was not possible for me to start again with all the publicity done and with new links... so we will either have to take it all down or pay the extra .50p per ticket unless we buy more credits to reduce the fee....

I’ve used Eventbrite in the past, but felt I was just giving away profits! I’d created a very basic Stripe interface on my website but it was labour intensive for me and not user friendly . Ticket Tailor is brilliant! I now have a professional looking box office on my own website and can quickly add, duplicate and edit new events. And the experience for my clients is way better too!
I've actually used Ticket Tailor in the past on behalf of someone else and I loved it – in a lot of ways I think it's better than Eventbrite and more user friendly. They've been around for some time now so they know what they're doing...It's easy, intuitive, integrates with the important platforms like Strip, and it has everything you need for setting up events, selling/giving away tickets, setting up promo codes for your audience, sending out reminder emails, downloading attendance reports etc. Highly recommend it – really cool to see it here on AppSumo. :)
