Q: Does it have integrated time tracking like Clockify?
Meaning in just about any web app I use a small Clockify icon appears within that app so that I can track time for the specific page I am on. It's a brilliant design.

The icon you are describing is the browser extension Clockify uses to manipulate web pages DOM elements. Tickkl has the browser extension but not exactly this part where we manipulate other web page content. But this is something we have in our backlog to implement in the future.
