I finally was able to down load by accessing chrome shop Australi via VPN. Could not find the the US shop.

When a task gets recored and is listed in the ovierview, how can admin change it for example, the date and time of the recording. Both is needed but I found notway to change the date. How to do so? Is there a help desk to ask questions like this one.
