Having the possibility to use a single platform with custom brands for each of my projects to offer a Helpdesk, FAQ´s, Knowledge Base and the possibility to offer branded support would be very nice. That could be resolved if you define a category for each of your projects but you will not be able to have custom design/branding for each of them.
