Awaiting cName feature

I shifted to from in-house support to Ticksy and the loss of traffic is costing a loss on SEO rankings. The entire reason for shifting to ticksy was to get their promise of CNAME feature. Sadly, they now say this feature has been delayed. Please Ticksy guys add the feature asap.

No Support

I like the app but they dont provide proper documentation or explainer videos. and when I tried to reach out to their support I got no answer. A Beauvoir like this means that they are not a serious business with a very small team and budget.

Great simple ticketing system

Ticksy is a very simple, straight-forward ticketing system, and it works like a charm.
In less than 30 minutes you could have your own ticketing system up and running. Don't expect a lot of options, customizations, workflows, etc. It just do exactly what they say: "Ticksy gives you all the tools you need—and nothing you don't—to provide top notch customer support."
Aside from the things that already cooking: Email Parsing & Cname, I would like to add to consider a simple review system to be included when a ticket is closed. That way we can know how satisfied our clients are. It could be something really simple like 3 options (good, regular, bad) and the ability to see the stats. Feedback is always important for any helpdesk department.

Misleading Unlimited websites

The plan clearly says "Unlimited websites".

But once you activate your account, I got surprised to see that my account is locked onto ONE subdomain. There is no freaking Unlimited websites/subdomains. Very disappointed!

Good but need improvement

I knew ticksy many years ago.

It suffices for the basic requirement in terms of a ticketing system and online documentation.

However, as of 2022, the UI and features need lots of improvement if the team is aggressive.

Looking forward to the CNAME feature.

Thanks for the LTD offer.

Quick to implement, easy to use

I am liking what I see so far with Ticksy, and I am looking forward to the updates that are in the works - especially using our own domain.

Great for ticketing, and easily customizable. Was a breeze to set up our knowledgebase. The owner is very responsive to inquiries. Highly recommended.

Interesting software

I took Ticksy through my review process, and when I first saw you were running an Appsumo campaign, I was surprised and had to test it immediately.

I've been on the other side of Ticksy numerous times, asking questions about the numerous Envato products I've bought, but now I had a chance to be on the "admin" side.

I think if you're selling software on marketplaces where Ticksy integrates, then this is a no-brainer. But in order for Ticksy to become valuable for other target groups as well, I feel they're missing some features.

I made a full review you can watch here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jv1Xv3y7io4

Kind of Misleading with the Unlimited "Websites" but this works. Worth the price!

I read unlimited websites and read the questions and replies of the creator and the community. I've explored what this can offer and everything's organized simply. But, when I'm trying to look for where the unlimited website setting is, I can't find anything. So, I guess when you say unlimited websites, it means unlimited category. But you'll only have one branded website.

i.e. If you own a group of companies or multiple projects, and you want multiple landing/support page per company, that's not currently possible. But if you want a single support page for all your companies/projects, this works well.

Hoping to get the custom domain soon! Thanks for such a great product!
