I bought Tigsaw on AppSumo and used it to build a widget on my Shopify store. At some point the company apparently shut down – their website no longer loads and I couldn't reach any support.

The bigger problem: their script was still embedded in my theme, pointing to servers that no longer respond. My homepage took 30–45 seconds to load because the browser kept waiting for their dead script to time out. PageSpeed tests looked fine, so it took a while to track down the cause.

If you bought this deal, check your site's code and remove any Tigsaw scripts. My site went back to loading instantly the moment I deleted it.
