Overall, still a fantastic deal / platform despite some shortcomings!

I don't understand why there are only a few reviews. This tool is amazing. A lot of features and it's a much better tool than others that landed on AppSumo before. It gives us Shopify integrations which is the most important part for us. You can even integrate with DialogFlow. A lot of automation. It has a bit of a learning curve but once you get used to it you'll see the power of this tool.

I’ve been using Tiledesk for a while, and I gotta say, I’m seriously impressed with it! Tiledesk has some awesome features and customization options that really stand out. Es una buena opción para tener un chatbot en tu pagina web. El servicio técnico es muy bueno, he tenido algún que otro problema y lo han resuelto. El único pero que veo es que son pocas las sesiones para el tier4, solo 5000. Espero que den la posibilidad de ampliar en el futuro por si el proyecto crece no se nos quede pequeña la aplicación.
