Timegram is a tracking powerhouse โ it really does track everything! ๐ Super easy to use too. But, I'm hoping for a bit more customization. Like, adding a tracking time filter or a website/software blacklist/whitelist would be amazing.

Thanks a ton; I really appreciate the review! So, for the blacklist, we have finished developing the 'Exclude URLs' feature. It is currently in testing and will be rolled out either today or tomorrow. Worst case: Monday. We'll then move on to the whitelist. Thank you.
This isn't the first such app I've used. This one is very impressive in a number of key ways, even when considering this type of auto-time tracking (which is a specialised segment of time tracking apps generally).
1. The deal is super generous, with 5 users at lowest tier. You can thereby use it for a small firm at whichever tier works for you.
2. The setup is particularly easy. No messing around, just download the app and it seems to just track everything, just like that.
3. Counting time entries in bulk is excellent - I'd suggest the ability to do that in one go for a whole day's worth of entries. (e.g. sometimes I go on tens of sites and apps but they are all related to one task or project). So it would be convenient to be able to log them all in one go.
4. They promise integrations within 3 weeks! See my question thread. That's amazing, because I can then link my actual tasks from my task manager, directly into this, meaning that tracking time against tasks, projects, clients, is basically as automated as it could possibly be. Brilliant if they deliver on this.
5. UI is very nice, everything is extremely easy to use.

I really appreciate the honest and detailed review! As a bootstrapper, every single review reaffirms my faith in the company I've built.
That said, we have now implemented the 'Select All Highlights' feature as suggested. You should be able to start seeing it on your dashboard by tomorrow. The team is now working hard on fixing up issues with the Zapier integration. Thank you.
I bought this yesterday and I started to test it out. Processing my hours is a breeze with this tool, just do your work and at the end (or the next day) you can say which time is for which project / client.
Why not 5 Taco's? There is room for improvement. 1. Import projects 2. Import clients 3. Import users 4. Connect URL to a project? 5. Exclude URL's from Timegram 6. Stop product Tour 7. Dismiss time as non billable.
1,2,3 explains itself. 4. When working on a website, I have a test URL (https://client.mydomain.com), would it be easy to connect this to a client and process the time on that website to the client? 5. This is an import one, if you can exclude some url's or application from Timegram, you don't have to process this (everyday?) for instance Facebook. 6. The product tour keeps starting everytime I log in, when does it stop or how can I stop it? 7. Some actions don't need the be connected to a client or a project. Would it be easy to add non-billeable so you can process all your time everyday?
I have used and seen many time trackers, but this one is a very good one. Processing my time is a breeze.

Thank you very much for your purchase. I am glad you found the tool easy to use, and to use your own words, 'almost perfect'.
I'm aware that we need to do quite a bit more on timegram before we go head to head with the big names in our industry. The purpose of launching on appsumo is just to collect user feedback so we can get there faster and know what to prioritize. So, your feedback means a lot to me!
As for the areas of improvement you suggested: 1,2, and 3: While this is an area we've been meaning to work on that - happy to move these up in priority for you! 4: Interesting. I am exploring this further with dev team 5: This is already on our roadmap and has been requested before. But thanks for pointing this out here; I will have to move this up in priority as well. 6: You're absolutely right. I'm thinking of turning it off entirely for now. But before I do that, did you find the tour helpful? Apart from the issue you pointed out. 7: Well, all time is non-billable by default unless logged on a project where you've added a client. But I guess I understand what you're saying. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you want to be able to log time without having to add it to a task or project? And you're suggesting we have a non-billable or something checkbox on the logging screen, which would just auto-log that time to a filler task/project? We can make this work if so.
Lastly, keeping in mind that most appsumo products are naturally in their early stages and lack features compared to a mature product, wouldn't you say timegram has still done a much better job at it that most launches here? And if so, would you think we deserve 5 tacos? :)
