Good Software
The software works well.
What I like:
The software is very easy to use and well laid out. I like that you can add a variety of meeting types. I like it that you can remove the branding and add your company logo. They also provide the option to upload a background image. I also like that you can send out reminders via text and WhatsApp. Reminders via WhatApp is amazing. You have to pay for the text and WhatApp reminders. The email reminders works fine and it's free to use.
Did Not Like:
Like I mentioned the software works very well. I did not like the duplicate confirmation emails that are sent out when you connect your Google calendar. They have mentioned this a Google issue and you can not prevent the invitation email that is sent from Google. I have used a number of calendar booking software and this has not happened. It would be nice if the company finds a way to resolve this. The only way around this it to not connect your Google calendar and manually add appointments to your calendar. I would have given them 5 tacos if they did not have this problem and I hope they find a way to resolve this as numerous people have mentioned this problem. Other than the duplicate confirmation emails the software is really good and it works well. I reviewed the roadmap and they are also going to be coming out and adding some additional features which is great. I like it when companies continue to improve the software to make it better.
