I'm super happy to have this booking software because
- you can specify which calendars to check on your Google Calendar to see if you're busy (in case you have partner or other calendars that do not reflect your busy state)
- you can use Google Calendar to import Microsoft 365 calendars and check them with Time Sync
- it integrates with Pabbly Connect or Zapier or Webhooks (haven't used it yet but for me it's future proofing)
-If you want to book an appointment for a client, you can use the client booking portal, put in their email for the correct time, et voila!

Constructive feedback:
-when you first connect an integration like with google calendar, once complete, it fills in default configurations that were not useful for me. You have to then go back and edit to configure it. This isn't standard UX in my opinion, and it was confusing to me as a power user. I discovered it by trying to "turn it off and then on again" accidentally fixing my problem.
