As a newbie- I'm impressed and looking forward to great things
Appointment scheduling software is a new adventure for me, and not one I have enjoyed given the nickel-and-dime value schemes provided by vendors. TimeSync caught my eye given the positive reviews here and I agree with them. They are providing solid value at a price point that is, in a word, rather incredible (well, two words!). If I could give 4.5 Tacos I would, but they deserve the edge for five as my experience has been a modest struggle, but their customer service compensated. Of all things, I stumbled into a bug in the software that flummoxed me. The TimeSync consultants, however, were patient with my repeated inquires and offered solutions to try, until the bug became apparent. At that point, they added it to their fix list and gave me a solution I can use until the fix is in place. Do I have you worried you about a bug? Not to worry. My use case was quite an odd-ball one I devised for testing. If you are a normal user, I expect you will not encounter my issue. If I had one immediate improvement to suggest it is to shift the support system away from chat systems like Telegram and WhatsApp. I do better with a direct system. I recommend TimeSynch.
