support is lousy and redeeming worse

I've reached out several times with a few questions.
I now get spam from them trying to promote features on a program that's not working.

First off I had issues redeeming the code I stacked. I could only redeem one code on the calendar and then the second code on sms THAT I DON'T NEED but I couldn't redeem it on the calendar.
I reached out to them for that.

Then I noticed I could only get ONE booking per month with the one code I redeemed. No matter how you look there's no way of seeing how many can book, unless it's really one client. Then this is truly the ๐Ÿ’ฉiest program I've ever purchased.

Then I contacted the support. How incredibly pointless as nobody responds. It's been almost a week.
I had someone reach out with marketing, sort of checking if I was satisfied to which I said no.
I just received more spam.
If I can't even redeem the codes and I can only have one client book then stop spamming me!

I asked about more payment systems.... crickets. I use squareup for another company.

I asked about time limits on the bookings... no response.

I could go on. I warned them repeatedly after not hearing from them for 3 days that I'd be posting a one taco review.
A week later, they now have their one taco review.
Their customer support sucks.

We understand that you would like to conduct 1-on-1 meetings with up to 5 people from your event. While TimeSync allows for 1-on-1 meetings, there is no limitation on the number of appointments you can book, as it depends on your availability after syncing your calendars to TimeSync.

Based on your use case, we would like to suggest some possible workarounds:

1. Set the bookings per time slot to 1: You can navigate to Availability > Advanced Settings and select the "Bookings per Time Slot" setting to set it to 1.
2. Limit the number of available time slots and dates on your booking page: You can block certain dates and times in your calendars (Google or Outlook) by creating events and marking them as busy.
3. Please note that at the moment, we only have integration with Stripe and PayPal for paid event and meeting setups.
