A: The widget will not show anymore on your website when you reach the limit. I think this is the best to avoid users deception if they try to reach you on Tiny Chat and messages are not delivered.

Concerning this point we are also working to :
* send you an alert on Slack when you have reached the limit
* disable the widget, one day after the limit was reached. So you have time to finish conversations or to upgrade your plan if needed

It will be done in a week or two.
