A: You can add the widget to an unlimited number of websites with any of our plans. However, all messages will be sent to a single Slack workspace.

To organize the messages, you can use our JavaScript API to route them to different Slack channels based on the website's origin.

For security reasons, you’ll need to specify each domain in the "additional domains" field on the Team page of your dashboard. During the first 30 days, these domains will be automatically added, but after that period, you’ll need to manually input them.
