A: Yes, doable today. You can rotate emails by:
Connecting multiple inboxes
Creating multiple email nodes
Using logic in the workflow to route between them (round-robin / conditions)

So it’s not a one-click “auto-rotation” feature yet (on the roadmap however), but you can achieve the same outcome with workflow logic.
