Q: Upload limit is really only 5 MB?
does this 5 MB file size limite apply to documents clients need to upload? For example it wouldn't be possible to upload an PDF or ebook?

May 26, 2026A: The current 5 MB limit is primarily there to keep uploads and processing fast/stable at the moment. It does apply to files uploaded through forms as well.
That said, for most standard PDFs, documents, and even many eBooks, 5 MB is usually sufficient. Larger media-heavy PDFs can exceed that limit, though.

A normal nonfiction or fiction book with a few images is often closer to 10MB so this limitation won't work for me I'm afraid.

A higher tier might be the solution here. Tier 4 gives 25MB file size upload, correct??
