Overpromises but Underdelivers Thus Far...
I see the potential in Tiny Command, but my Tier 3 trial has presented several challenges. My specific trial use case involves enriching data for Facebook Group posters delivered from ZeroWork (RPA) via a POST webhook (an internal agent would be ideal, but apparently this is currently in the "too hard to do" category). I was disappointed when a scheduled support call did not occur, as I had hoped to resolve these issues.
Specifically, I’ve had trouble with the data enrichment feature in Tiny Table. Even after copying profile link URLs from Google Sheets, the process stalls on "Enriching." Unlike Sheets and Excel, Tiny Table cannot extract Facebook profiles from Facebook Group post links. Even with direct profile links, enrichment fails to complete. The AI within Tiny Table was also unable to assist.
Furthermore, the AI appeared to be unavailable for several days, which limited my ability to use the tool effectively.
This experience makes me wonder if more technical expertise is needed to fully navigate Tiny Command and its features.
Clearer, step-by-step tutorials—from basic to advanced—would be very helpful. To end on the note I began with: this tool is promising. I remain hopeful and am committed to giving it another couple of weeks before considering a refund.

First off, missing the scheduled support call is on us. That should not have happened, especially when you are actively trying to get a real use case working. If you are open to it, I will personally make sure we get that rescheduled and actually resolve things end to end.
On your use case, Facebook Group to webhook via ZeroWork to enrichment, this is a valid workflow, and you are right to expect it to work smoothly.
A few things to address directly:
Tiny Tables enrichment getting stuck on “Enriching”, this is not expected behavior. Either the enrichment source is failing, or the job is getting stuck in queue, we need to debug this specifically on your setup.
Facebook Group post to profile extraction, you are right here as well. Extracting profiles from group post URLs is not reliably supported yet. Direct profile links should work though, so if those are also failing, that is something we need to investigate.
AI being unavailable for a few days, this is not ideal, and I understand how that blocks your workflow. The AI layer is still in beta, so there can be occasional outages or instability while we continue to improve reliability.
On the broader point, you are not wrong, TinyCommand is powerful, but right now it can require some navigation, especially for more advanced workflows. We are actively working on improving both reliability and step by step, use case driven tutorials, not just feature docs, because that gap is real.
