Surprisingly powerful forms and automation in one place
I initially started using TinyCommand just because the forms were free for life. That alone made me switch from tools like SurveyMonkey and others since it didn’t make sense to keep paying when this was available.
But once I started using it, I realized it’s not just a basic form tool. What really stood out is that you can run API calls and do data enrichment even between questions inside the form. I haven’t seen that in other form tools where everything usually happens only before or after submission. This made our forms feel much more dynamic and useful.
Another thing I liked is the built-in email and phone verification. It’s just a toggle, but it ensures the data we collect is actually valid, which is important for us when coordinating volunteers.
After exploring more, it became clear that TinyCommand is more than just forms. We can quickly create forms using AI, enrich the collected data in TinyTables with one click, and then trigger workflows like sending Slack notifications to the team whenever a new submission comes in. This has made our entire process more connected and less manual.
What I liked:
Free forms with much more capability than expected
Ability to run API calls and enrich data inside the form flow itself
Native email and phone verification for cleaner data
Easy form creation using AI
Smooth connection between forms, tables, and workflows
What could be better:
Custom form URL support would help build more trust when sharing links with volunteers
Search in tables highlights results but doesn’t take you to them, so you have to scroll manually to locate each match
Overall, TinyCommand turned out to be more than just a form builder. It feels like a connected system where data collection, enrichment, and actions all happen in one place.

Mar 31, 2026Really appreciate you sharing this in such detail. Love how you came in for forms and ended up using the full system, that’s exactly the journey we hope people have.
Great callouts on mid-form API calls and verification as well. Clean, usable data from the start is something we care a lot about.
Also noted on custom form URLs and table search behavior. Both are valid points and already on our radar as we improve the experience.
Thanks again for the thoughtful review and for putting it to real use.
