Is auto capture of leads dependent on your integrations, if yes then I don't see Bing, Twitter where I try to advertise. Also is there a sequence I can set to follow up on emails. I also want to understand communication methods with customers like emails, SMS, WhatsApp etc. are included in this LTD or they cost separately. If costs is separate clarify it along with fact if your platform itself can send emails, sms, whatsapp, and can make calls or I need to depedent on outside utilities.
2. I currently use Skype, Consolto, Whatsapp to call propsective clients, how am I suppose to add there contacts in corefactors CRM. Is Excel, CSV import/export allowed?
3. I don't see any lead capture forms, currently I use Divi plugin to collect leads, I also use formget so how am I support to transfer these leads.
4. Do I need to add my US number to make calls from inside CRM, can I add toll free and another LTD number as procured via Hushed or not?
5.What is field mapping, attendence solution and support ticketing. We are two person company so how can we use them? Is there a way for us to transfer lead outside our company since we sell leads to businesses?
6. What do you mean by RevOps enabled automated payment follow up and Renewals?
7. Seems you are from India, where is your development office located, what's team size and years in business? What if you close your business or stop supporting product after LTD ends, is our data safe and will we get time to shift data, do you allow a data dump of entire CRM in Excel file, and if no can you build it to handle such contigency since leads and contacts collection is very difficult work and I don't want to deal with lost data.
8.Any specific reason for such a short deal on Appsumo with no reviews? I don't find anything much on internet either, why?
