Q: @Jason, please bring this deal back to AppSumo once more.
Will you please bring this deal back? It didn't get enough exposure. Otherwise, would've given it a try. Advise? This campaign would do better and gain more traction if you allowed AppSumo to market instead. Why? Trust. Authority in this space. Just saying. : )
We work with university systems and therefore, we have a boat load of classes. 15 maximum courses just isn't enough. In the other hand, is too tedious to delete the course and create a new one. It's there an export or publish option they allows a slot to open? But even in that, editing and updating that course would cause an issue with access.
Please let me know a solution to this limitation. Thank you.
A: Hi Sumo-Smartly, Although we've worked with several Universities in an enterprise capacity in the past, this version of TIQ is not designed for "a boat load of classes."
Its main purpose is for small to medium sized organizations that have a smaller number of products/ services.
I would not recommend that you purchase this version of TIQ.

Q: i could not find how long have you guys been in this business?
A: Hi Mike, The parent company was founded in 2005. We've been using TIQ (internally) for more than 6 years with agencies and enterprise customers. This is our first SaaS version of the product.
If someone got the url somehow and signed up for an account, does that automatically give them access to content, or would I be able to approve or not approve someone's request for access?

Q: What is the security level of the platform as internal training is proprietary and confidential?
Jason_TIQSoftware
May 14, 2024A: Although TIQ URLs are set to noindex (not available by search engines like Google), anyone with your URL can signup for an account.
For customers with enterprise level training needs (e.g. proprietary training information) a custom integration setup is recommended.

This version of TIQ is not gated through an additional admin layer (gate) or license manager.
If someone found the URL, and signed up for an account, they would immediately have access to the content.
Q: hi again :) is this product gdpr compliant?
Jason_TIQSoftware
May 15, 2024A: Hi lindamacdonalde,
Unfortunately we're not GDPR compliant (yet).
This is an item on our intermediate roadmap and we are currently investigating.
Sincerely,
Jason
