All-in-One Digital Organizer & Time Saver – Highly Recommended!
The Pain Point:
At any given time, I have over 100 bookmarks in my browser related to personal, research, business, partners, clients, etc. It is really time-consuming to find what I want when I want it immediately.
I have bought other All-in-One platforms, such as Taskade, Agiled, Clinked, Flowlu, Heybase, SuiteDash, and SuperOkay, but none of them is helping me to organize my work when I am working with team members, partners, clients, etc.
The Solution:
I was unsure if I needed Tixio until I watched the Sumo Day Partner Webinar 2023 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=knIeJsmpxV0. The Webinar helped me understand what inspired the team behind Tixio to develop this solution, the specific business challenges Tixio can help solve, and its unique features. The walk-through demo of the Tixio platform was my trigger to fully stack this platform. If you have not watched the Webinar, I encourage you to watch it.
I am constantly dealing with a lot of links and pages, which makes me overwhelmed when I have a meeting. I waste a lot of time trying to find what I want to share. Tixio boards are helping me now to organize everything I need to share and create clusters or collections for better navigation and accessibility. Now, I can work with remote teams, partners, and clients and conveniently share items over Tixio workspaces.
I scheduled a 15-minute meeting with Umana from the Tixio team, which turned out to be over an hour. I appreciate the top-notch support and the time spent with me to help me find solutions to my use cases. By the end of the meeting, I was able to set up Workspaces, Boards, Folders, Bookmarks, Checklists, Notes, To-Do Lists, etc., for myself, teams, partners, and clients.

Having tried other software I think that this will be the answer to efficiently organising my work and if I ever have one a team. The blend of features is excellent and I am finding it very useful.
As people mention below below there are directions in which it can grow-particularly the file feature. Also the UI upgrade coming soon will be a step forward, especially regarding giving the user more control over colours which is coming soon will be helpful. Looking at the road map and the delivered features the program is growing and there is a long list of ideas that I am pretty sure will gradually be implemented.
Overall great software-I am very happy with my purchase.

Hello, I am refunding this software today because it is missing several critical key features for me. One of the most important is email to task.
Most GTD programs (ASANA TRELLO BREEZE NIFTY etc) have email to task creation, I don't understand why new companies making task managers don't have this and it's a deal stopper for me. Also i dont have time to fill out the Feature request for something that should already be there.
Also, it does not store files natively, but uses services which isn't as convenient for me. It should have like 5 to 10 GB for native storage. However, I am leaving at 3 tacos because the support is very good and also the concept is terrific. The user interface can be a little slower time, but for somebody that needs everything in one place, they even have a very good whiteboard function. I have other software that I can use. So I wanted to give this a chance. It didn't work out for me. But it's very good to be very good for other people. Good luck Tixio Team

Great Team Collaboration Platform (with 1 thing missing)
We have been using Tixio as an entire team for over a month now.
The experience have been great.
- Wikis are life savour
- Task Module is love
- Chat threads help well
But there is one issue.
Team Members are not always on desktop, so without Mobile App, the Chat Module feels little less useful at the moment.
We are using Tixio but we still have to use WhatsApp for urgent texts.
This can be complete with mobile app, specially having chat.

Great product but needs key features
