Q: I have previously had a trial of Tmetric but am not an active paying customer.
Purchased this and tried to redeem, yet their flow blocks me saying I'm an existing user. TBD if their support resolves, but buyers beware that even if you aren't really a current customer they will pretend you are and "cancel your appsumo code". Highly sketch.
