Persistent Software Issues and Unresolved Customer Support Requests: A Disappointing Experience
The software has not been working for months; I have to contact the company every two weeks. I don't understand what the problem is. I've reached out to AppSumo and directly to the manufacturer multiple times to request a solution. It then works for a short period, but now it's been non-functional for days again. Very disappointing.
