I considered to buy 5 codes until I read the following conversation down below. I will pass this deal because spending time to learn the software is an opportunity cost.I don't want to be forced to migrate to a monthly plan or stop using the product instead by not being allowed to cap the mau to the plan limit.Soon or later the limit will be reached with a growing audience. In this scenario not stopping the tool serving is a serious disadvantage.We would loose the whole investment and migrating to another tool would cost a lot of time.(create every rule with another tool)Anyone who buy this without considering to migrate to a monthly plan should really think about the cost involved. This is a serious limitation and that you don’t mention that beforehand doesn’t create thrust.
Will you keep this limitation?

1) but... 'what if I do not want to increase my limits and I do not want to pay more.'
- Will the service keep working up to my monthly limit and simply stop serving campaigns for that month?
- A new month starts, the campaign will work again up to monthly limit then stop for that month... and so on every month?

2) Also... if you cannot offer unlimited MAU because of server processing costs. Then if I do not use all my Monthly Active Users, it also means I am not costing you as much as my deal allows... so why not spill over unused MAU to next month? Since we have already paid for these unused amount of MAU

1) It will NOT just suddenly stop working cutting off on user 20,001. We understand that your usage may fluctuate. If you occasionally go to 22k that's OK. Again, it will not suddenly stop working.

2) Sorry, that's just unreasonable.

Stop using the service? Or can I cap it a specific limit

You can't cap it. We've never dealt with such a use case before.
If your usage grows you'll need to stack additional codes or migrate to another plan.
