Q: Can you please clarify what is considered a monthly active user.
For example, let's say I want to use this on my wordpress admin dashboard and I have one client that visits the dashboard on a weekly basis (4 days a month) with tooltips on multiple admin pages. Does that mean my one client is considered:
a) 1 monthly active user, since it is the same user visiting
b) 4 monthly active users because they are visiting multiple different days in a month
c) or 4+ monthly active users because one user is encountering tooltips on multiple admin pages

May 14, 2024A: An active monthly user is a user that shows activity at least once a month. Only unique users are counted toward your limit. Repeat activity from the same user is counted as one.
HOW MANY MAUs DO YOU HAVE?
Let's say you have 3,000 registered users, 1,000 of them log in this month and are shown 7 messaging campaigns.
You have 1,000 Monthly Active Users.
