The dev has ghosted this product. Roman. It was a fine tool while you could use it, but now it's another AppSumo sale that is a dead end. No notification to users at all!, just walked away. Of course sales site is still up, but no support pages anymore. Can't login, can't email support.

I normally build my own tooltips and didn't think I needed this deal HOWEVER this is so much easier to use. I like the fact I can have one dashboard for multiple domains. It's intuitive to set up and looks very pro! Glad I purchased - great stuff!

We purchase many AppSumo products and this is the first I've reviewed. What can I say about Tool Tips? Simply wow! You will not regret this purchase. It's fab.

One of the best purchases ever made here at Appsumo.
Excellent tool, it works perfectly and is very easy to use and at the same time very powerful and always with important news and updates.
The tool is smart and has a very nice design, that encourages its use, which I have been doing more and more.
"A rich toolbox of in-app messaging mediums for every user interaction scenario", no doubt about that!
Really beautiful templates (different and much better than you see out there...).

I have found this to be very easy to use. I've received rave reviews from site visitors who are really impressed with the level of technology on my site. It's presenting my business in a much more professional way and will hopefully help me get more paying clients. I really like this ability to keep messages on the page even when someone is scrolling. I don't love having to set up the website as part of the setup process and hope I don't have issues with accessing my account later. Overall very impressed and happy with the tool. Thanks!

It's very easy to use, works on multiple domains at once. Works perfectly for WordPress multisite dashboards.
I'm so glad I found Tooltip.io

We are currently developing a SaaS app for the dental industry. I am not a developer, but I've been able to do some amazing things with this. Tool tips, hotspots, notification bars, video tutorial slideouts, and so much more. This will really have an impact on the user's experience. I have literally saved thousands of dollars (trust me, I've done the math) in developer fees with Tooltip.io, and I'm just getting started! Not sure if I will need thousands of MAU's, but I'm not gonna risk it, I've already stacked some codes, and I will surely stack a couple more before the deal is over.

FYI, this not only works if you have a SaaS app, it also does pretty amazing stuff for a normal website. Installation is a super simple. I used Google Tag Manager to get the code up in not time.

If you are on the fence, just do it. Buy a code (or several). Use it. Love it. Make money. Thank me later.

I see a lot of potential for this tool and hope they add more tools under their belt! I just wish you can integrate this with other tools and do more with the data that is inside the platform (views and all). I use it on my website (https://mrdzyn.com) to announce promos I want to promote.

I love it. This is super simple to set up and use. Put the script tag in and you're all set to make "tooltips". I've been looking for a solution like this and thought about making my own script if nothing comes along, luckily it did. This is something that all sites benefit from and you can get creative with it.

Wowza! As other people have said I had this up and running in less than 10 minutes and the tool tips, popovers, etc. are slick. I have google tag manager inside my web app (Wise Pelican: very advanced / confusing direct mail application) and everything just works. I had my developer add a tooltip today and then had him delete it because now I have this. Whoops. Did I need 5 more codes? No, but this works so well I don’t ever wanna have a site / app without it. Okay, enough gushing.

I've been using it in some projects and I love it. Easy to use and works perfect! I bought 2 codes, but I'll be staking 2 or 3 more no doubt.

Just curious; how do I check the number of monthly active user?

The potential is/was big but in my 1st test I already ran into Major limitations.

There is no real control over placement and or sizing of the box. So, a site menu at the top which drops down, which covers a high percentage of site, will have obscured menu options ... the users can't see or select them. Checked with support and this is as it is.

A tooltip can appear after a set time, but can't disappear after (another) set time. The solution from support was 'the user can close the box' but I guess they don't know how users are impatient and Don't want to have to do extra things/clicks.

We'll test a bit more but these 2 things are show-stopper enough for a likely refund regrettably. What a shame for so much potential.

A lot of tools here on AppSumo are so early and ugly and buggy. This app feels polished with great UI and is a joy to use. Don't worry about waiting for this app to be ready to use. It's ready now.

This has been a great tool in my websites.
Although the tooltip, we need to set it two times for the desktop and mobile browsers. But overall, I enjoy using it

But I believe the 100.000 active visitors for five codes for such a price is a little bit limited comparing to other LTDS I have bought like notifia, personizely, or even influence (appsumo deals - still running)

I have set up 2 tooltips in less than 15 min's, installing the script included :-) I really like how it works.

What I def. would like to see are extra types of form-fields. I created an exit intent popup and wanted to integrate a multiple choice form, but only input fields are integrated.

There is no way to integrate this tool with Mailchimp or any similar system.
You have to export CSV files with email addresses and add them to Mailchimp manually.

It took me few minutes to integrate the product inside my site.
I used Google tag manager.

I really liked the easy of use and the many options of triggers and segmentation. Nice feature that no one discussed is the ability to add your own custom fonts.
The support and the documentation are great.
Few suggestions for future development:

1. Add the Option to set the font family on a button.
2. Ability to add your custom css.
3. In Bar, I would like to have the ability to decide on which side will be the image and the button.
4. I haven't found documentation about the container widget.
5. In Wordpress when I work inside the admin environment, I don't want to see the buttons of tooltip (on the left side). Maybe adding a restriction to all folders under /wp-admin folder.
