Q: Hey Ahmed, I've been giving TopicMojo a try for a couple of days, and the average time taken for queries ...
varies wildly between 5 minutes to 45 minutes and more. Is this normal, or is it some kind of temporary glitch?
I purchased the add-on as well, assuming that would fix it, but nothing's changed.
Generally, how long should TopicMojo take to show the results for any query? Thanks!

It sometimes take longer than usual but I would still recommend reaching out to the support on website so they can get the technical details of your account and look into it for you. 🙂
