I sent support a message but had no response.
The site said it was being updated and would take a few hours. I waited for four hours and went to be bed. Today it's still saying it's updating.
What is going on? Is there an issue with the software and why is support so long to respond.
Just wondering how this compares to KW Finder for SERPs? KW finder you can see all related keywords, CPC competition and the SERPs. I couldn't find how to do that on Topic mojo? As a keyword finding tool, I was really hoping it would have that those features.

The system was updating as we were pushing out a huge update with the new UI so that's why it took that much of time.
