I am sick of losing my money on these apps.

There should be a deal where these projects have to be published in a private GITHUB held by the owner and AppSumo and if they go defunct then the Private Github switches to Public so the customers of these products get the code as a consolation prize or someone can try to continue these projects. This is really annoying...
