User Experience Ignored
The other raving reviews must be from computer science majors and programmers. But, from a business owner’s perspective, this tool is so confusing I can’t even figure out where to start.
I’ve been through the documentation and the full walkthrough tutorials and I’m more confused now than I was when I started. In fact, it feels like the documentation was developed for other programmers and not the user.
The steps are confusing. What information goes where is confusing. What each step is and why we are doing what we are doing is confusing.
If you’re hoping to get a tool that you can use to start tracking your first campaign in the next 3-minutes or less, then this is NOT your tool.
If you’ve got time to learn the process, try to interpret the documentation and run trial and error campaigns until you get it right, then you’ll really want to grab this.
I’m going to be patient and try to work it out with their support, but it looks like I might have to ask for a refund. It all depends on how clear they can be for the responses I’ve already left while trying to get this set up.
