Q: Unable to login, no response from company

I love the new updates that I can see. Hello, I am unable to sign in via your magic link option, I and my team have been getting a server error page with an email address to report problems. I have sent a support email, but no response.
You sign in via google appears to work and allowed me to setup an new account. Great but I am a paid user.

Q: Does the new 2024 update include "Powered by TACX" on everything?

And to delete it, it says to "Upgrade your plan" even though I have the lifetime plan.

Q: Hi, is TRACX still running?

I bought it some time ago and have used it a lot. I really like it. Now though, when I log in the original home page is not there, and if I try to create a new campaign, I just get an internal server message from them. I emailed the address that comes up below the error message, but the email bounced. Anyone got any info on this?
