I had to do a couple of transcriptions lately, and I realized that I'm getting feedback that I've hit my limit and need to pay a monthly subscription or a monthly top-up.
Please, how is this?
I thought tier 3 was unlimited, and also my plan is tier 2, but I actually purchased tier 3.

Can someone help me check this and enable me to continue with transcriptions?
