Remove Transcript LOL Branding

Could you please clarify why the system is now asking for a new subscription to remove the Transcript LOL branding for Tier 4 users? This hasn’t happened before, so I’m wondering if this is an intentional update or possibly a glitch. Thank you!

I think this has been fixed. It wouldn\u0027t allow me to remove for a hot minute, but now it does!
