Q: Transcript is DOWN?

is the service down? I have tried to transcript during the morning and all I get is a blank page with the message "500 Internal Server Error" and above in red "We have a scheduled maintenance on 10/28/2024 at 2:00:00 AM. Estimated downtime is 1 hour"

Also there is no help or support link to ask for help, that is the reason I am writing here.

A: Hello, we had a brief unplanned outage for about 15 mins for our website and about 35 mins for our transcription backend. Everything is back to normal now. Please let me know if you still face issues.
