I like the app, it's one of the better Youtube transcription products out there. Unfortunately, that all changed since I purchased it. Now when I paste the Youtube link I want to transcribe I get this ERROR message. "YouTube has been aggressively blocking our servers 😔
Please download the video and use our file upload option. We are working on a solution."

Transcript.io provided a link that would let you download the audio separated from the video, but now even that link no longer works. If you are looking for a Youtube transcription solution, THIS IS NOT IT, at least until they get it sorted. And there is no notice or any indication of when that will be.

I use it for transcribing audios (different languages). I am very happy - it is fast, output is good and thanks to the plan i bought i have a lot of minutes. The summary option is very helpful.

Zoom integration is highly misleading, and lack of acknowledgement or answers on this topic, and avoiding speaking with your customers about it has lost my business.

Great way to summarize google meet meetings. If you use it as a base and a little quick editing, you get a good result... but make sure it hasn't thrown up a weird mixup, like it described one of our therapists as a problem client. Even with the odd error it does 99.5% of the work for you.

I have only tried this once. I used it with a Telehealth appointment, and I found that it did a good job transcribing both sides of the conversation and it did so in a way that made it helpful afterwards to review. It did a pretty good job summarizing the appointment too. It also has a handy feature where you can have it provide topics for the transcript so that when you accumulate transcripts it can be easier to find which transcript you are looking for. I expect this will be a helpful tool in the future especially if the product continues to grow and expand and mature and add features that will make this tool even better.
