A good product, but has its drawbacks and no support
The good thing that the product is constantly being updated and new functionalities are being added. The tool has changes significantly since I bought it.
However, I once uploaded a long video and run out of credit mid-way. I wasn't able to see the transcription at all, it simply asked for money. So, in fact, my credits have been wasted - I don't have even a part of the video transcribed unless I pay extra. Either I pay or wait couple of weeks for my credits to renew.
Support has not responded to my query about this. I don't think this is fair. The tool should know that I don't have enough credits and should ask me if I want to proceed beforehand.

I bought this deal a year ago or so. Now I have made three short video transcripts (20-30 mins) and used their auto summary services - and I'm not able to do anything more (!!!)
The new pricing for the tool is atrocious, and simply makes no sense anymore for those who bought the deal on Appsumo.
I am not satisfied with this at all anymore.

Nov 8, 2025Pricing went from $8 per hour (when we were here) to $0.25 per hour now. Most affordable on the market - not sure what pricing you are referring to.
We only have one support email, if you write there, I will respond.
You don’t need to pay us anything at all. Just wait for your next billing cycle and use those credits to unlock the transcript.
We do our best to prevent partial charges but it’s unavoidable when you do many jobs at once
