I am doing quite a bit of transcribing to build my content. I have 3 other transcription SAAS products. I purchasing this as the minute allowance is very generous compared with my other products. I was a bit worried that that it may be lacking in some ways to my other products. My fears were immediately dissipated upon first use. Transcription times are quick, quality is very good. Overall very happy with my purchase.
