TranscriptLOL started as a promising tool, but my experience has taken a sharp turn for the worse due to major issues that cannot be ignored.

Key concerns include:

1. Broken Commitments: The founder explicitly promised three seats per purchase in a public statement, yet this commitment has been outright rejected. This was a core factor in my purchase decision, and its denial is both unacceptable and misleading.

2. Post-Purchase Changes: Features available at the time of purchase have been altered or removed without notice. These retroactive changes significantly reduce the value of the product and raise serious consumer protection concerns.

3. Blocked Support Access: My attempts to resolve these issues through the feedback channel were not only rejected but actively blocked. I no longer have access to the sole support channel, leaving me unable to seek resolution.

As a paying customer, I expect accountability, transparency, and a resolution to fundamental issues, especially when they directly contradict public commitments. Instead, I’ve encountered rejection, unilateral changes, and a complete lack of support, all of which undermine trust in this product and its founder.

I cannot recommend this product in its current state and urge others to consider these issues carefully before purchasing.
