Did 30 (English language) videos from a virtual conference within days of signing up. The transcripts were surprisingly good and clean. Minor errors, of course, but that is to be expected with any transcription. The summaries for each added value. Interface pretty straight forward. Processing time for each one-hour video was acceptable. Only once in 30 videos did an upload for processing get stuck in the queue. Am pleased with the purchase and am getting my money's worth.
