I've only used it to transcribe one conversation so far and it was easy to enter the video link and the transcription was there within minutes. I didn't spot any errors (just 'one thing' was consistently replaced by '1 thing' which was odd. ... I like that it separated dialogue into speaker 1 and speaker 2 and time-stamped the transcript to make it easy to navigate. It also recognised different accents effectively. Maybe it would be possible to differentiate between American and British spelling ie recognize vs recognise in future too? Otherwise, delighted with the deal and look forward to trying out it's other functions!
