I run a podcast and required something that would provide me with accurate transcriptions. Transcript.lol does a very good job with this. It was actually the only transcription service that could identify words being sung. I think music is hard to transcribe in general, so I don't expect perfection. However, this tool was able to catch a lot of the lyrics pretty accurately, all things considered. I would still give the transcripts a quick review, name the speakers (instead of Speaker 1, Speaker 2, etc), but it shaves a lot of time off of the workflow. Plus, the time it takes to transcribe the files is blazingly fast for me. I'm definitely keeping this one. I haven't tried too many of the other features for content creation, however, as this is primarily a transcription tool for me, I didn't rate this aspect of the tool. I prefer to write my own show notes and blog posts, though the timestamps given does help me with making chapter markers.
