As a tool, if you want it to work effectively, you will want to purchase Tier 3 or 4. I purchased Tier 4 and it works well. It can take a bit to process, but the tool itself works. They do need to fix the glitch with YouTube which would make uploading easier, but it does what it says. You do need to be patient and give it time to process, but what it has produced for me thusfar from my content has been good.
