I have only tried this once. I used it with a Telehealth appointment, and I found that it did a good job transcribing both sides of the conversation and it did so in a way that made it helpful afterwards to review. It did a pretty good job summarizing the appointment too. It also has a handy feature where you can have it provide topics for the transcript so that when you accumulate transcripts it can be easier to find which transcript you are looking for. I expect this will be a helpful tool in the future especially if the product continues to grow and expand and mature and add features that will make this tool even better.
