The accuracy was very good when comparing to what people actually said, and how they speak. I also liked how each speaker is identified, and that appears to work quite well.

Transcriptions look very nice on the website, though it becomes a two step process if you want to get it into a word, or google doc for editing, or analyzing, however, if you're fine with a text file, then it's all good.
