Yeah, had to download a Youtube video to upload, but they made it easy. Small inconvenience, but worked like a charm. Did not do a Facebook reels. One 1 min. video was rejected because it was trying to transcribe 16 hrs - probably trying to do all the reels. Not sure how to fix that other than maybe screencast the reel and upload it. One downside - The UX is weird. There is NO dashboard when you login. It's the website home page with new menu item - Create a transcript. I almost missed it and thought my user/pass was not working. It would be easier and cleaner if they just create a simple landing dashboard page and show 1) Past transcriptions, 2) Minutes left 3) Create a transcription. 4) buy more minutes.
