Thank you for asking, and we apologize for the unexpected delay with the mobile apps.

The development of our mobile applications is complete, and our team has already submitted them to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The review process has taken considerably longer than we originally anticipated, mainly because TransferChain uses advanced security technologies such as client-side & end-to-end encryption (PQC level) and blockchain-based authorization. These have resulted in additional questions and compliance reviews from the stores that we are actively working through.

Our team is pushing hard to complete this process and make the apps available as soon as possible. We know mobile access is important, and we completely understand if you prefer to wait before purchasing. Our current plan is to keep the AppSumo campaign available until the mobile apps are launched, so there should be an opportunity to purchase once they are live.

Mert here, one of the founders of TransferChain. I can assure you that we are very much active :) TransferChain is definitely not a side project.

That said, I completely understand why you could get that impression from the outside. Most of our day-to-day work is focused on enterprise customers, and their feature requirements and priorities are often quite different from those of individual users or smaller teams. At the same time, our product and engineering teams are actively developing and releasing features, improvements, and optimizations across TransferChain Drive, Pass, and our SDK simultaneously.

You're also right that some roadmap items have taken longer than we originally expected. We could have communicated those delays better.

And you're absolutely right about the blog as well. That one is actually intentional. We've temporarily paused publishing because we're moving it from blog.transferchain.io to transferchain.io/blog, which is a much better structure for domain authority and indexing. We already have a backlog of new content waiting to be published once that migration is complete.

So yes, our public channels have been quieter than they should be, and that's fair criticism. But behind the scenes, the team is very active, the products are actively being developed, and TransferChain remains our full-time focus.
