Q: Export Password Vault & 5GB Drive & Support Location
1. I just bought the password and I am missing the export of my password vault feature. Do you not have an export functionality for the passwords we create?
2. You have a free 5GB tier of your Drive product but I am not able to add my login to get started on the free tier drive product you have to be able to add it to my dashboard (You dont have permission to view this page. If you think this is incorrect, please contact your administrator.). Any help is appreciated.
3. I tried to get support but I received: The team will be back Monday. Its Friday Morning here, where is your support located?

1- The export feature isn’t available yet, but it’s on our roadmap and will be added in a future updates.
2- Normally, you would need to create a new account with a different email address to register for the TransferChain Drive free plan. However, if you contact us at support@transferchain.io
using your current email address, we can assign a free plan to your existing Pass account.
3- Our support team operates during EU business hours, but we’re available 7 days a week to assist you.

Thank you for the answers. I am glad to hear the export feature is on the roadmap, otherwise I would have asked for a refund.
That's where all this cloud stuff fails when there is NO non-proprietary export option. Subscribers really don't own their data its just paying for a recurring subscription and they can lose everything at any given time for whatever reason.
