1) “Launching Website” warning pop-up – You’re absolutely right. After reviewing this with our team, we agreed that this pop-up is unnecessary. We’ve already made the change ✅, it will be removed in the upcoming releases.

2) Opening password details – You mentioned it only seems possible via the three dots. In fact, it can also be accessed by double-clicking the item, which achieves what you were expecting ✅

Regarding points 3–6, we’re already working on a major “Collections” upgrade, planned for release in August 🚀, which will address these needs:

3) Multi-selecting passwords – You shared that the action buttons disappeared after multi-selection. Because every action on our platform runs through our security protocol (client-side & end-to-end encryption, data fragmentation, and blockchain authorization), simultaneous actions require additional optimization to maintain the secure protocol's flow. With the new Collections structure, multi-select actions will be available.

4) Selecting a folder on password creation – As you're probably aware, the UI (location field) is already in place, and with the new Collections architecture, you’ll be able to assign items to specific locations as expected.

5) Copy-to / Moving items – You noted that the current approach duplicates passwords and hurts the UX. You're right! This was one of the major reasons why we wanted to introduce our new 'Collection' architecture. The Collections upgrade will allow you to add a password to multiple collections without any duplication. For example, your cloudflare.com login can live in three different collections plus your main “Passwords” section, and any edit will automatically sync everywhere.

6) Password sync delay in the Chrome extension – This is uncommon, but can occasionally occur. Since security and privacy are always our top priority, every password passes through our patent-pending protocol, which is the most secure approach in the password manager industry. This can rarely cause slight delays, but the upcoming upgrade includes major optimizations to virtually eliminate this issue.
