Extending the time frame to 30 days is part of our current development plans, and this extension update will be available to Tier 2, 3 and 4. Unfortunately, 'unlimited days' for the transfer side is not in the current dev roadmap scope right now. But if you want to share a file with an unlimited duration, maybe sharing the file within a 'Shared' space with a user might do the trick, since that file be available until it's deleted.
