Q: I cannot find any details in the knowledge base about file retention limits.
I saw the limits for the monthly file transfer limits and file size being 3GB.
Could you please outline how long files will be held in my storage for the various tiers?

We have increased the file size limit to 5GB for tier 3 and 4. We have also increased the download count from 20 to 300 for file transfers.
Regarding the retention limits, there is no time limit in the Storage and Shared Storage areas. The current transfer day limit is 7 days, but we are planning to add 14 and 30-day options in May.
